Coverage for Every Livestock Need
Bagley Risk Management was founded by Andrew Bagley in 2011 after 5 years in the crop insurance business as an agent. Andrew’s goal was to focus on providing a business that focused on ensuring peace of mind through various avenues of revenue production and decided to start his own agency.
Andrew is a 5th generation crop and beef cattle farmer in Southwest Illinois. He owns a purebred Angus herd with his family and also backgrounds a few hundred head of feeders a year. He attended the University of Illinois and has a degree in animal science. He spent time working for Tyson Fresh Meats selling boxed beef and currently owns not only his insurance business but a family owned meat market with his wife, brother, and sister-in-law. Andrew has experience from pasture to plate. Andrew also passed his series 3 brokerage exam. While he never worked as a broker, his knowledge in the futures markets coupled with a partnership with one of the top livestock futures brokers in the country, enabled him to use a multifaceted approach to maximizing profits through multiple strategies combining both LRP and the board of trade.
